EXCHANGE POLICY

We exchange size for unworn ballet flats.
Size guide is at the homepage; customer is responsible for deciphering which size to purchase.
Please send unworn item within 5 days upon receipt. We will not honor beyond exchanges after the 5 day period.
Shipping cost will be shouldered by buyer.

• Option of leather color in case present color is not available.

NOTE: Only change of size is allowed. No Refund.
